The Guardian is reporting on a new building in Dubai which relies on the iPod design. The 23-storey building will open 2009 and host about 200 homes and offices. It features a 6° angle and is based on something like a dock. The iPad called building is being developped by Omniyat Properties, which is targeting high tech and upper class markets. Let’s hope for them that in 10 years, the iPod is still as common as today, otherwise the company is going to have a problem explaining this shape to new lodgers
