Powermat PMM-HO100

powermat

Have you heard of this thing called a power mat? Here’s how it works. You set a few electronic devices on the mat and it will charge them up for you, wirelessly. Isn’t that amazing. This is great especially if you lose a charger or if you have a bunch of stuff to charge like an iPod, cell phone and psp all at once. There is a small catch though, you’ll need “receivers” for each of your devices, which are sold separately.

The Canon PIXMA MX860 has dimensions of 19.4 x 17.1 x 8.9 inches and weighs 26.4 lbs. This all-in-one printer is easy to set up and use, even remotely. Access the printer wirelessly from any Wi-Fi enabled computer. You can also network it via Ethernet cable and print from a wired computer in another room.

Most multifunction printer models provide printing, scanning, copying, and sometimes faxing capabilities. The key to a good multifunction printer is that each of the functions is easy to operate on its own. The MX860 features a clearly labeled control panel with a 2.5 inch LCD in the center. To the left of the LCD is the power, copy, fax, scan and memory card buttons. There is also five speed dial options, a fax quality, and change display button. To the right side of the LCD there are arrow keys, menu, settings, ok, back, and two-sided option buttons. Next are a number pad, redial, coded dial, and hook buttons. Finally the black, color, and stop buttons.

For those who take and print lots of photos, the Canon PIXMA MX860 delivers fast and easy photo printing. You can use the built in card slots or you can even print photos directly from your camera, camcorder, or cellphone. There’s a 2.5 inch LCD screen for previewing and editing photos directly without a computer. Its new 5-color ink system produces true-to-life color photos.
